Players of this style use heavy topspin loops from both sides of their body, typically employing a shakehand shallow grip. The speed of the loop can vary from player to player, ranging from players using a spinny loop with moderate speed, to other players using a speed loop with moderate topspin.
Distance from the Table
The distance from the table can vary, with some players preferring to play around 3 feet (~1 metre) from the table and using a shorter stroke, while others go back as far as 6-8 feet (~2m) and use a longer stroke.
The two wing looper has become the most dominant style in the highest ranks of the game, and is also very common in the lower ranks as well.
